Scout Trip Day 9

1–2 minutes

To read

Its Sunday and we are all ready to go home and sleep in our own beds. The scouts are tired but happy. The adults the same but perhaps a little more eager for our own beds after a week on pads on the ground. Its a 7-8 hour ride home. We will be making stops for food and such, but the time will fly as the kids doze off in the back of the van. The week was a success and I’m sure will be talked about for many years to come. A lot of planning went into this and I’m tired. Yet despite the exhaustion, I’d do it again for the scouts.
